Of new dwellings and things.
I just put a $150 deposit on an apartment!
Unseen to me, because the lady in it now has yet to move out, I am told it has a fireplace and built in bookcases. The model apartment we saw the inside of was great! High ceilings, the kitchen is very spacious, and the balcony nice. Also a big perk, laundry facilities are located within the four apartment unit, so there will be no trekking across the complex to get my shit clean.
My move in date? May 8th.
